Shipping & Returns
Order processing takes between 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs are determined by weight of items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. We ship domestically using USPS or UPS.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
Front General Store is not responsible for packages which is lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged by carrier. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
Shipping within the United States
We ship with the USPS or UPS to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders that total more than $500 will require adult signature for delivery.
International shipping is currently not available.

In-Store Return Policy
At our store, returns will be eligible within 48 hours of purchase for store credit or exchange with your original receipt and unused condition in its original package. Items marked as sale and gift certificates are final.
Web Store Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue exchange within 7 days of delivery. In the case of that customers are must pay all the postage for sending and receiving the products.The items must be received at our Dumbo store within 14 days of your receipt and must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with your original receipt.

Vintage clothing and goods, sale items, apothecary(candles, incense, body care), underwear, lingerie and stationery.
All returns must be approved by Front General Store. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number. For all items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
