Operations Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce & Operations Assistant to support our daily online and in-store operations. This role works closely with the team to maintain product listings, manage inventory, fulfill orders, and deliver a thoughtful customer experience across both digital and physical retail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Job Description
- Assist in managing the e-commerce website, including product uploads, collections, and content updates
- Support inventory tracking and stock management
- Help coordinate shipping, logistics, and order processing
- Provide customer service and sales support in retail store as needed
- Support daily operations and special projects
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or related fields (internship or coordinator experience acceptable)
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify or similar systems
- Willingness to support both online and in-store operations when needed
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Japanese language skills are a plus
